we are ushering on the 3rd of April

Hi team
just letting you all know that we are on next on the 3rd of April. I
know that it is easter break so if you can not be there please let
e-mail us ASAP and find a replacement for your self for that day. The
dress code is the same as last time, Black formal with yellow or blue
tie or scarf and smart casual for the night. Please be there at 8:15am
for the morning service and 5pm for the night. Could you all please
e-mail us a minimum time fram that you wish to be on the ushering
team, this is really importion info for us to know as we plan for the
future of the team.

Also on another note we need help for the next two weeks on Friday
nights with xlr8. We need 10people for each Friday to help usher on
these two nights. This is only temp due to we are going to build a
xlr8 ushering team and we are just going to carry the load untill we
get the xlr8 teams up and running. So if you are happy to help please
let me(Bernard) know ASAP.
