Usher Duty This Sunday 29/05

Hey guys,
How are you all? Just a quick email, we are on for usher duty this
sunday. We have no special arrangement for this sunday service, so...
it going to be normal ushering.

Dresscode as usual and we will meet at usual place too. See you all there.

Just a quick note again...
As you have expecting the grow of church, and the venue change of
weekly sunday service to our new home. I have discussed with Allan,
our Head of the Head Usher (it sound stupid... but he is the head of
the head usher) that we have to rearrange the structure of the usher
team. So, this coming Jul and Aug, we might have big recruit.

The current discussion is about training of ushers. We make our team
as training ground that, at the end of training, we will transfer them
to another team, so that they can help to build up another team. This
also may happen to our satellite church. How we work... just think
about how musician works! they sometime play at Jindalee sometime
Banyo....

Anyway, you should get excited about this changes because our team
play such an important role that helps the church to build up strong
and reliable usher team. The new recruit is to prepare for new home
services. Currently we have almost 30 ushers at our team, at our new
home, we may need 50 ushers... perhaps 70 ushers. This is because the
increase of areas to cover and more ministry will be introduce such as
Car park attendant - where soon will be an offical ministry.

Get prepare and keep praying... further detail... will talk about it
this coming sunday.
