Usher duty on 26 June 2005

Hey guys, this coming usher duty on 26 June. We have extra duty... yah... the communion. We use to prepare communion 2 years ago because most of the communion fall on our team. Anyway, i guess this duty has come back again.

One thing that our team has not train is serving communion. The process of preparation of communion took up most of the time. Since everyone has not serve communion before, I really hope that on 26 June, if you could make yourself available as early as 7:30am. We will meet at the kitchen of the convention centre to prepare the communion.

Total cups and bread to be prepared for communion:
21 silver tray with 30 cups each, therefore we need to prepare 630 cups for each service.
Also, 630 small slides of pita bread. We need team work to prepare communion.

To reduce rushing and panic situation... i usually prepare the bread and slice it a day before. If you available to help prepare the bread, please let me know. it would be on 25 June at my humble home - Indooroopilly. I will inform the time on my next email. I believe that is the last day of exam for most of the student, so it would be great if you could come and we might have a litter gather for ushers.

Anyway, please make yourself available on 25 June and early 26 June.
