Ushering this sunday

Hi everyone

Sorry about the lateness of this e-mail but due to the school we are useing not telling us whats happening till late we where unable to inform you's as to what is happening.

We have two job's on Sunday morning, one is that we need to get communion ready for the morning service and two we need to set up the chair's, but the chair's should be easy because there is a debate comp on Saturday night which is ment to be sitting 600-700 people so we should only need to do a bit of rearrangeing with them to set it up as it should be so I'm going to ask if we can get there about 7:30am for the morning. The dress code for Sunday morning is as always black formal or as close to it as you have with something blue or yellow to help break up the all black feel (so a scarf's or tie's are good).

If you can not make it this Sunday for any reason please let me know A.S.A.P.
