Ushering on Sunday

Hi Everyone

This is just a quick e-mail to remind you all that we are Ushering this Sunday the 5th.

That means that the plan for Sunday is as normal.

Dress code:

am : Black formal or as close as to it

pm : smart youth style dress

Time to be there :

am : 8am, Ps.Steve would like us there an hour and a half before the service in case something needs to be done before the service.

pm : 5pm

Also this Sunday we have water baptism's if you are being water baptized this Sunday please let Alvin or myself know ASAP.

We also have the zone picnic's on this Sunday please do not make plans to leave right after service on Sunday morning but in making your plans for the day allow time for you to fulfill your responsibility's to the team first.

This is also the time that we are looking for new people to join the team in order to fill the spots left by those who have left at the end of last year so if you know of anyone who would be interested in joining the team please let Alvin or myself know ASAP and invite them for ushering on Sunday.
